Help identifying logo on Pam strap.

Hello all. This might be a stupid question. It might not.


Can anyone identify this logo on a strap I just received?





Can't recall seeing it before and it doesn't tally with any regular Panerai logos that I am aware of.

The strap has come from an HK strap seller.
Very nice it is too. Came with a Pam buckle. No other markings on the strap.
Has gone on my 243. Looks great.

Well then perhaps I'm not so stupid after all.
I expected it to be a Pam associated logo because of the nature of the strap, but perhaps not.

It looks like a Chinese inscription mark ? "qiu" - surname
OR ? "jiang" - a person who makes things. aka watchsmith , blacksmith etc..

Here it is on my 243. I gave it a quick rub down with olive oil to darken slightly.

It looks "?" means "meister" in Kanji character
