Help identify model

Anyone know what PAM model this would equate to? This is a homage, but just wondering what pam model it would be.

However, I'm wondering if there is a model out there that is similar with these features:
1. 44mm
2. PVD
3. Power Reserve
4. Date
5. Running seconds
6. Automatic(could be manual wind)
7. Sandwich dial with 12, 3, 6, 9
8. Matt black dial

Anyone know what model it would be?

I had an 090 in PVD >>>

But it's a sausage dial.....

It had a Seagull ST25-30 modular movement....It's in pieces in my parts bin now...
