HELP! GUB 69.1 Question

Hey everyone,

I have a vintage Glashutte that stopped winding. It has a GUB caliber 69.1 and since I was bored, I tried to see if I could possibly fix the problem of it not winding. Well, this piece fell out and I have NO IDEA WHAT IT IS! (See photos) Any help is appreciated. And if I can't fix it, oh well. Cost of learning
