Help! Crown broke from stem

Hi all, the stem from the crown on my H-factory PAM 111 (Asian 6497 movement) and I wanted to know where I can get a replacement stem and crown and the approximate cost for them. I am located in Singapore.

Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Has the actual stem broke, or has the part that houses the stem in the crown come loose/off?

Sorry, I failed to mention that the crown actually broke from the stem.

My local watch repair shop does not have the replacement parts.
