Help! Cannot remove case screws

Purchased a VSF sub and cannot remove the case screws. Never had this issue before with other reps. Any suggestions?

You have to screw them in, not out. Screw them all the way down and then rotate the movement so the screws line up with the cut-outs in the case and remove the movement.
