I have to say firstly and openly:

I have no idea bout RM (gen or rep) but recently got to like 2 pieces....

So here I am.

I have AP and PP and Rolex gens and reps (incoming) - but absolutely 0 idea about RM.

So I might ask noobish questions, I might look like a fool ... and frankly: I am.

So sorry in advance for that.

Now the thing is:
Is there a modder in europe for RM?


What would the experts in the RM section actually mod?
Is there things you can do to franken it or is it not worth the money? (quality vs. price)

What are for you guys some obvious tells that a RM is a rep?
Can these be frankened (fixed)?

There are no mods you can do besides the occasional jewel swap that don't involve entirely custom-making your watch. As far as we know, gen straps and screws would fit most ZF reps but other than that every part is different and most likely cannot be frankened like other watches. Beyond that, it's basically impossible to get OEM parts since RM only does servicing in-house and doesn't sell parts, so anything you'd buy to franken it is aftermarket as well.

As for obvious tells, there are many of them across the entire RM range of reps. This is 100% NOT the brand to get into if you're into exacting 1:1 copies or indistinguishable reps.

Of course only if possible, but given your statement .... seems I can only buy them and wear them...
