I just ordered the same Ultra Moon from APSF from Chazingtime today. I was trying to order from ZF but Chazingtime said it was unavailable according to the ZF factory. I decided to give this APSF factory a chance since I really like the watch itself and was willing to take a chance on this factory. If this is your first time ordering with Chazingtime I can tell you from buying watches from this website that you don't have to worry about these guys. They are legit and at most withing 28 days you will get the watch. It takes about 14 days after you get a tracking number from my experience with several watches from this website and Trusty Time. Pure Time is another good website but their selection is smaller and they are just a few dollars more but if you see something there feel safe ordering from them

I received the QC pics of my JL today

It seens not bad but i need for your advice

- The "e" of the AUTOMATIQUE is a bit tired for me
- The button of the moon phase look like it was broken and then repaired
- The lock on the strap seens to be damaged

I ask them for new photos, i certainly ask for a new watch

Hello everyone

Almost 1 month since the watches were ordered

To date I canceled the order from the JLC because it was defective, they told me that the manufacturer would not return until April 7 so I waited and no news.

For the ROLEX the QC they have been approved but I am still waiting for the tracking number of the package because it was given to the carrier since April 6 so I am waiting for a refund

Is this normal?

Have you ever been in this situation with them?

Right now I am waiting on several watches from Chazingtime and Trustytime. One note I got from Andrew at TrustyTime was that they told him at Clean factory some employees were arrested and they re behind. I think that and I am relatively new to this is that on watches like JLC brand they kind of accumulate orders and make them at one otherwise they have to do a lot of single custom orders i would imagine. When I was ordering popular rolex watches from Clean they cam right away and I got used to that but I understand now they produce those Rolex watches constantly know ing they are going to get orders for them and I also think this ties up the factory staff and more custom orders don't get processed. My reading of these threads and now my own personal experience is that they never actually just drop the order and forget about filling it. I got an email from Andrew at TrustyTime for example was that he was buggin them about a watch I ordered so he had not forgot it. I also got a note from PureTime about a Rolex DateJust with a Silver dial that the factory said they will sent it on Tuesday. I would say your experience is just typical of how this business works. These factories have to manage producing these watches in an efficient manner for them and also dodge the law while doing it and that means there are delays but the watch is not forgotten from a trusted dealer
