HBB Big Bang Rose Gold Black Ceramic finally arrived!

First rep ever! Bought from Angus. Absolutely stunning except one screw broke inside, probably from me messing with the chrono which I will never do again. Had it fixed immediately and I found a rep friendly shop in socal (pm if anyone cares to know) Will post more pictures if anyone wants.

Thanks! he wants to charge me 240 to completely disassemble and service so I might just end up shipping my watch out for servicing

Woah nice watch. Am planning to order a similar watch but the one with rose gold bezel!

Anyway, enjoy the watch! It looks so stunning!

I've got the SS version, but this picture makes me consider the RG as well. Damn it looks good.

Great piece, maybe 240 for servicing is a bit though..

The last two 7750 movements that were serviced by VAC cost me 265.00 USD each. Problem is, a lot of the guys who work on reps won't touch and a7750 movement with a barge pole, especially the a7750's with the seconds hand mod that moves it to either 12 (AP ROO's) or 6 (Rolex Daytonas). Not sure about the conventional sec@9 movements, but I know two guys who work on reps, and neither will fool with any a7750.

The SS is closer to gen weight I'm sure. That was my biggest concern but the rose gold is just beautiful. Looking to get a SS skeleton tourbillon next or a solid PAM!

That makes me feel better about 240 lol. Don't think I'm going to service it until I really feel the need. The guy I talked to sounded like he has some experience with A7750 though, he was very confident that he could service it.

If you're fine with the current condition, I would suggest to keep it until it totally breaks and stop running. Then get it serviced/repaired, or even swap it with a gen eta 7750! :D

Thats my current plan though, haha. More reliable movements and last longer, since you're already gonna pay, just pay a lil more, hehe.

I have one just like it! I love these! I have seen a few 7750 new movements in the parts section for around 150. might be cheaper to replace it

Personally, I bought a couple of Daytonas to try out before going Gen and they are sitting in the box, in case one of my APs or Hubs screw up.
Just a part of repping I guess.
Not exactly unknown in the Gen World either though but considerably cheaper than serving those.
