I'm trying to find out if the numbers on a gen PAM 212 and 253 really have the greenish tint I see in photos and on the rep of the 253. The rep 212 has numbers that look white but all the photos I see of the gen have greenish numbers. The rep 253 and the gen 253 seem to match in photos. Is it the lighting/flash that makes the numbers green in the photos or are they really green? I thought that Panerai standardized on their lume but these two look differant than any other PAM I've seen. Thanks!

Ok, I'll answer my own question for the sake of the archives and future searching. I looked at a 213 and a 212 at the AD yesterday. The numbers on the dial are actually green like all the photos. It seems the current sausage dial PAMS (212, 213, autos) have green numbers and the sandwich dials have off-white. I guess this means the 212 rep that is out currently has numbers that are too white.
