Have the rep makers given up on improving the manual wind PA

We've had all of these fantastic rep watches being realeased in the past several months -- Porsche Flat Six, Chopard Mille Miglia chrono, Skyland V2, Super Avenger, etc. Heck, even the latest "Ultimate" auto PAMs are pretty damn good!

We haven't really seen anything new and improved for the manual wind PAM lineup, though, other that some new dials from DSN.

Have the rep makers given up on the Historic PAMs? Have they decided that they are "good enough" based on how they sell and not worth further improvement?

I, for one, hope not. I'd like to hear your thoughts on the matter, however...

For the purposes of this discussion, I am excluding "private" projects like V's crown guards and Trouby's crown project, etc.

It will not be a plethora of handwinds.... but think, if you do 2 perfect dials, you can make a 111/177 and 112/176... that is, if they do titanium too....

They're coming... and from the factory...

LOS.. your posts have intrigued me and made my pants fit a bit funny.... I've been wanting to upgrade my 111 and 112... a 177 or 176 could be nice too...

I really hope that my pants don't get disappointed in the outcome of this...

If they pop a "ultimate" 111 out with a tourby and a red dial in full gold with diamond bezel.... I will seriously punch myself in the junk. :shock:

Welp, I've got two out of all the models currently repped, so the math would be....ummm....1 of everything (minus the two I have of course). And I guess I'll skip the junior miss sizes (40mm) as my 127's lugs are about a 1/2" inch short on both sides of my wrist. Smaller watches just look silly.
