Ok, pam 380 just been approved QC pics, then I had a quick look at the noob 372…………damn! just ordered that too(wife going to kill me) I felt the need to try the 372 been looking at it for ages ,just hope its a keeper…pics welcome to keep me going till they land

380 is beautiful but sorry to tell you, 372 is only PAM that I sold and don't plan to get it again. Just haven't bond with it and 127 is much more interesting for me. 
It would really depend on your personal taste. Normally rads, being more formal, tend to favor thinner straps, calf or croc/alligator seem to be predominant.
