Has the 514 ever been repped?

Hi guys. I’m on the verge of completing the purchase of a 514 47mm radiomir 1940 case. I was not able to find any evidence in my research that this model has ever been repped. Does anyone have any definitive info about this model? It seems like the date function along with the seconds at 9 were impediments to it being repped. Thanks in advance….

In my opinion the problem is not the functioning of the movement but, considering the open case back, the problem is where you find a decorated P3000 movement

Thanks for the replies. As for the site you linked, I am not sure that I would get anything close to what is pictured….if I got anything at all. Looks like a scam site to me. Maybe not.

Hello!

That's right, the P.3000 clone was never made with a date function, and when it is replaced in REP it will be a 6497 which doesn't support it either. Moreover, the GEN modification of the P.3000 (/2) itself is quite rare (I don’t remember right away where it was still used, except for PAM424), then there was no special meaning.
Probably in those years V6F/XF had the opportunity to try something based on a seagull, as they did for some models, but the transparent caseaback and the position of the date window would have weakened this attempt.

I have not seen these bamford live, but I am sure that this is an old, not very high quality and clearly not affordable combination.

Hi mate I wouldn't recommend straying from our trusted dealers anyway. I get the scammy vibe too. So I think the answer to your orginal question is no good 514 reps but there are other non date p3000 reps out there if you're that way inclined.
