Has noob fixed the angle on the cg lever roller support?

From reading ale's reports comparing case sets from the major makers, noobs were known to have an incorrect "wide angled" cg roller support.

However, from looking at some QC pics for a noob 390 I have on order, it looks like this has been corrected...

Hers a pic of my noob 111 v2.5 with incorrect "wide" roller support:

And here is the QC pic of the new noob 390:

See how the roller support seems more narrow in the 390?

Also on the 390 the crown seems to be farther away from the case, and the hex nut is more visible. Not sure if this is more accurate to gen or not...

Anyway just thought this might be of interest to the community. Any contents are welcome...

Yes, I have seen this corrected roller support of lever CG in some first units of the new PAM 390 Noob and in some QC pics of current buyers.

Not all PAm 390 Noob have this corrected support, but oit is not the first time I see it.

Indeed I wrote in the PAM GUIDE when Noob release, on May 2013, that the new version from Noob included: "slim" crown, better bevelled crystal and improved lever with better shape of roller support.

Thanks for the pics and info. Interesting

I just checked my Noob 177 Ale, and it has the correct narrow type. I compared it to the photos in your case comparison thread, and is just like the gen, not at all like the Noob version you pictured there. Will attempt to get a photo of it tomorrow.

I have just checked my PAm 177 ( it is a Noob N-series, from earlier 2013) and it is with wider lever. When is yours from?

Maybe Noob has finished the stock of old Ti levers and it is applying already corrected levers in Ti watches. I don't know

The one I own is actually the one reviewed in the PAM reference thread. I am it's third or fourth owner. Believe it is a 2013 model. I will get a photo as soon as I can. I was checking the Luminor case thread to see if it mention strap bar threads being as gen, and noticed that my roller part was identical to the gen one shown and not the Noob.

Well, It is no weird that Noob improves flaws when finishes the old inaccurate parts. For this reason we are making reviews and info to makers.
Indeed they are already installing: Slim crowns, better bevelled crystals and now... Corrected CG lever
I have seen today, in this forum, a QC pic of a PAM 005 Noob with "slim" crown

Strike that. I just checked it again and was mistaken. It is identical to the Noob version on your case comparison after all. So difficult to see :)

Do you happen to know if the lug threads are the same on the Noob as on the gen? I am finding it very difficult to find out and would like to order some new bars and tubes.

Publish or send me a pic and I will make a Photoshop comparison

Yes, sorry about that. Any ideas on the lug threads on the 2013 Noobs? Same as gen?

Hi guys thanks for the reply... I had another question: in the pics of the pam 390, the crown seems farther away from the case than in my older 111 v2.5. As you can see the hex nut seems to be more visible on the 390. And idea if it is more gen-like to have the crown more farther from the case?
