No, You most probably couldn´t. If it´s not a trusted Dealer in 90% of the cases it´s a scammer, You might well get nothing or be sent a totally different looking $6 gen plastic chinese quartz watch.

If it´s a vintage project You´re going for, Supermirrors has the 5512 and 1680 Cartel versions with the asian 21j at $118 plus shipping and those You can really bring up to spec on a budget if not going for $1000 - builds.
