Well, since the sale of my PVD MM20 isn't generating that much interest, I've started contemplating other options.
One of the ideas I'm kicking around is to swap the gold hands for the SS hands from Davidsen and to *perhaps* swap out some of the PVD case pieces for SS. The bezel and the crown are an option, or the bezel and the CG, instead. Though, in my mind, I like the idea of leaving the "main" parts of the case assembly PVD and just using the SS as accents, so I think I'd go with the crown in stainless and leave the CG alone.
Kind of like what Panerai has done on some of their SS/Ti watches.
Anyone ever seen anything like that? I think it might be cool, I was just hoping to find a pic first. I realize I'm probably outta luck on finding a pic, though.
