I have a 111H on its way to me and I'm having second thoughts on whether I should have purchased a titanium watch over a polished SS watch. I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried to tackle this mod?
It's very easy to brush SS, just grab a Scotch Brite pad and brush in a single direction until you get the desired finish.
You can use scotch brite to remove light scratches from brushed finishes. Some deeper cuts need a wet sanding or dry sanding. Be careful with dremels they can generate heat and cause discoloration of the metal.
After the sanding then blend it and make the steel uniform with scotch brite.
