I'm about to be on watch #7 thru Jtime and wanted to leave a review as I have been very happy with my experience and why I keep coming back to Jtime.
I know people complain about the higher prices but to be honest in my opinion the Jtime website is one of the best/easiest to look through out there. I feel good paying for the ease of use/convenience in finding the right piece for me.
Li is very responsive, communicates with very good english, and also provides good suggestions/alternates if he is out of stock on anything. Li shares expected QC time depending on stock to set expectations which is great too. There is also a Deep Crystal service offered if needed.
QC is generally pretty quick - at times if it's quiet you just need to check in and get an update and they are quick to provide status so you are in the loop. The level of the QC is very good in my opinion and they are very accommodating on requests for additional QC pictures or videos.
I get the express shipping and it usually only takes a few days to arrive which is great. Packaging is good for what you pay in order for smoother entry into your country of origin I suppose.
Overall super happy with the customer service I've received from Li and company and the ease of use of the website - which is why I come back time and time again. Hope to stay a loyal customer for years to come.
If you prioritize customer service and convenience - then I highly recommend Jtime and am happy paying a little more for this. I'd rather be at ease and things run smoothly then pay less and constantly be worried about my order...
