I know how you feel!

My VIPMariner landed in the UK last Monday and still hasn't arrived. On the EMS website it states that it is in HM Customs in Coventry whilst on the Parcelforce website (EMSs UK carrier) it state its in the International Hub.

I've never hadanything seized by Customs and my work address has diplomatic status,however it looks as if I might have to take Tim up on his delivery guarantee I'll wait and see what happens next week, in the meantime I am going to enjoy a nice glass of cold rose!!

i just called my buddy that works for the scandinavian customs...and told him to x-ray all packages 100%...he is really happy about his new and free Panerai from Ruby !!....you should soon get the empty package ....with the cusoms seized it- confirmation in it !!

And after all that my VIPMariner has just dropped into my mailtray!!!

It updated on both sites last night to enroute to Delivery Depot and was delivered this afternoon.

It had been opened and resealed but,as far as I can see the bubblewrapped ball containing my watch was unharmed.

It's on my wrist now and I'm happy with it. It's not as heavy as my PO or my PAM 111H but it's a nice 'beater'.

Hey Lake,

You'll like the Ruby 036. It's really nice and probably my fave out of the box PAM. I like the dial and I've read that some of the 036 PAMs had L Swiss L along with the T Swiss T.

It just needs LUME and Mr. Vacuum is taking care of that for me.
