I asked twice if JJF Overseas White/Textured dial is available:

Aug28:

After secondary confirmation i sent money.

Sep 3-4:
Looks really unclear. Dealer refused to take short video of the watches. I needed it because it's white on white and Quality Control photos actually have very poor quality.

I asked for another unit, made additional order for one more watches (PAM) and asked to combine them to receive both watches simultaneously

Sep8: new QC photos came
PAM was okay, i asked only for 1 additional horizontal perspective _/``````````\_ to check a crystal

...but JJF overseas:

I doubted again it's JJF - the answer was :
"Factory informed that they are made like that
Would you like to choose another model instead
?"

Some local member that i bothered with my issue - says it's just not JJF, and it's very likely somebody just lied to me they still have it available... honestly i wasn't believing in that, but now i'm just thinking to ask my money back for both watches and just keep away from "trusty"

p.s.
And this is video and pictures of JJF overseas they have on their site, to compare with QC:

I cancelled both orders and asked for money return. They sent 95% back by crypto.
That was absolutely unpleasant experience. I'm sure if i'd go further - the topic i created be about scam, not just "fishy" feeling.
not recommended, idk why they treated me like this

Andrew has been dealing in rep watches for a long long time. He is not a scammer, suggesting he is a scammer is extremely rude - he was here long before you, he'll still be here long after we've all forgotten about you.

Have you read the topic? seen pictures? why you're addressing directly to me like that? =) like "he still be here, and you'd be in oblivion"? )) this what is actually rude)

0) first of all - i trust my eyes ) have you seen the photos? do it really looks like good JJF units?

1) i did around 10 orders with different TD

2) Signature "Andrew" means nothing to me except of signature in email. In several days Order ID added 10000 orders) do you actually think it's some "Andrew" processing 10k of orders, thousands of pictures, messing with customers, do bookkeeping...?
i'd not be such a naive person, bro) - it's a a business, and they fucked up my order - i literally had feeling that someone tries to scam me.

3) why you are so protective ? have affiliate revenue ?, are you Andrew? his cousin? )))) honestly i don't care, but you attitude is nosey.
i i sent money upfront, like everybody else - for two orders, idk... but if you're buying 400+ ish replicas, you could deserve at least decent photos and logic in answers in english, no? not just "they do like date, choose a different model" "no videos" "no additional photos"

The summary is:

- I think initially i was lied for availability. this is nothing close to JJF units i've seen. JJF never had perfect back-cases - but this was beyond acceptable
- communication was poor, i had the same stupid feeling, like someone calling you with an accent and explains why you're understood something wrong.
- QC PHOTO QUALITY on that JJF was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL
- Communication was poor, no additional photos, no proper explanations, nothing.
- I felt like i'd be scammed. period.

p.s.
+ i wasn't scammed - they've returned my money fast, thank you

Every single day there is one of these. Amazingly always from a new member.

Is there some contractual obligation to provide you with some type of extraordinary quality QC pictures ? What would you have done when these were not provided ? People like you should be charged a premium price because all you're here to do is torture TD's with your unrealistic expectations. When you buy a gen watch do you get QC pictures to analyze at your will ? Now you're insulating a moderator. What an absolute clown show.

If you want perfection, go buy a gen. A cheap chinese fake watch apparently does not meet your expectations.

you've seen the QC photos? =)))))))
i bought 9 replicas before i even created account, read a lot here, were quite respectful, btw. I understand which a
you don't need fresh and supportive blood with own decent rep collection ? i'd go away. i promise i won't answer in this topic.

I'm not just random fella, bro) i have some of Gens - but if you couldn't tell the difference w/o lens - it's better to go for 10% of a price to me. It's all about enjoying the life

Clearly if you've some history with the shop - they'll treat you a bit different) at least it's logical that you not try to sell obviously flawed unit to person who rejected 15 of them in his history) most definitely your email is associated with something and several same persons processing your orders - it's typically done like that.

So, it's natural you get negative reviews from new members with no history here or in the shop. Anyhow... i still don't get it)) don't you need fresh blood here? everything it the topic - if i am not right in something - please show me on QC or tell me what should i expect as answer on my questions? i did something wrong?

p.s. I'm buying fake chinese reps because they're looking good. if they aren't looking good - you don't buy)

I don't want to get involved in the discussion. But just my two cents: I've bought about 50-60 watches from Trusty in the past 7 years, mainly because he is the only TD that is willing to ship to my country.

My experience with "Andrew" (which I'm sure is a pool of people taking orders and service tickets from clients) has been hit and miss.
Sometimes very attentive and sometimes very rude. Yeah, most of the time I've been satisfied, but I've gotten my share of problems with watches and even have been made angry by Trusty's judgment against me, mostly blaming me for problems not seen originally in QC pics. But hey, that is the game, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. I've decided most of the times to take the fall myself. I have a local watchsmith and every time he has helped me with all the problems. Definitely never send watches back to China for ANY reason.

My advice: if you have a justifiable quarrel with a TD, take it to the mods and open a complaint ticket.

^^^^This is beyond rude, to say the least.
I advise for a change of attitude.
Well, it was quite symmetrical on my opinion, never started it)

>My advice: if you have a justifiable quarrel with a TD, take it to the mods and open a complaint ticket.
i described full case - i have written that my money is back, wasn't scammed, was going on something fishy, had bad experience, was never counting for such output)

The actual plot behind, if you'd care - somebody hired somebody, who "wasn't professional enough") QC's are in topic. anybody who saw a decent jjf can say - it's really bad.
From my experience i know - it's normal to look at 2-5 different units, but... this was something completely different.
I can understand you guys, who answering here have good and joyful experience with that dealer)

But my case is very simple: asked if they can supply from JJF who had issues
-re-confirmed it 3 times (the same time ALL other TD answered "impossible, not operating)
-i made a suggestion that they're closer to JJF than anothers. fine with me - ordered two pieces.
-got THIS (pointing to first post in the thread)
-asked for more photos/details/videos - had nothing
-started to feel something fishy, created the post - may be community will tell me something idk
-eventually asked for money back
-described the case
->you're here now)

nobody's life won't change because of outcome here, obviously. Trusty may be will pay attention to bad QC images quality, and on the case itself, which could be good for business) Old members, supporters, moderators - face it:

for a new customer with trusty - such their behaviour line and provided materials - not really clear at least. Why so bothering? i had negative experience, it's a fact. You do want to protect TD with your comment - everybody okay with that either. You making posts with some catchy attitude -just expect it be mirrored.

P.S. ONCE AGAIN - i asked the shop if they do have access to JJF OverSeas Gen2 Textures/White Dial because they're just the best. I didn't seen anything decent, was unhappy with QC photo quality ( and i'm not speaking about resolution ). IT' WHITE ON WHITE, BAD ANGLE - YOU'RE JUST UNABLE TO PERFORM QUALITY CONTROL. They acted strange, not provided any additional photos.
It is purely business. My order is fucked up. Leave it.

...and yes, i really think you guys are a bit overprotective here) what 1 negative experience could actually change here if they're so good and doing this business for decades?

Don't feed me with "ough, they were here forever, you're newbie, don't talk like that" - I made some input here, btw
if you want to criticise my post, i'm fine with that. Please go through it:

1 - What i did wrong with order?
2 - On which exact point i was too anal with QC, if so?
3 - WDYT about JJF inoperability and statement that "factory up and running - you can order"?
4 - do you think QC quality (not resolution) is good enough to actually decide on that unit?
5 - why they proposed to chose different model ? how do you think ?
6 - how the customer should perceive such case, if he asked 3 times before buying if everything is fine with availability of EXACT model?
7 - do you think my feedback here is useless? shouldn't i ever post it? why?

At the risk of causing another avalanche of verbal diarrhoea. . . .

you could deserve at least decent photos and logic in answers in english, no

Andrew's English - in fact all the TD's English - is far superior to your English, so I've no idea why you think you can criticize it.

i had the same stupid feeling, like someone calling you with an accent and explains why you're understood something wrong.

Hmmm, I can hear your accent from here. And that sentence makes no sense.

You were never going to be scammed by Andrew.

And why the hell are you talking about 'complaint tickets' ? This doesn't even come remotely close to being a 'complaint ticket' issue.

This kind of behavior isn't new. Verbose self-righteousness. Last I saw this kind of rant did not end well. There's a number of alternative ways this could have been handled, seems that only confrontation was taken in consideration.
Again, I advise some restraint and a step back to reconsider perhaps angles/viewpoints other than one's own.

Yes it is and you’ve made a fool out of yourself and harrassed the TD for no reason.

Probably your first ever order as well if you did not know they always come fully stickered and look like that on QC pics.

Looks like everything is settled here, my advise still is, do not use your phone screen for such purposes. Use a larger screen.

Now, this advise might be akin to fellas earlier to me saying "boy, dont use a darn computer. Take this typewritten message to the telegraph office and bring back a receipt of transmittal".
