H fac (V1) or Noob (V ??) - can you help me identify ?

Hey guys,

could you take a look at this pic and tell me who made it?

it's supposed to be noob, but the dial looks like h fac to me ... mainly because of the shape of the "O" in Luminor.

From the crownguard itself it looks like a Noob although I thought all PAM Noob's have been discontinued except the 111..

The latest versions from Noob and H-factory both have the same flattened shape of the "O" in LUMINOR.
