Adrenaline does crazy things, wouldn't be the first time someone who just broke their leg got up and walked on it for a while before they realized it was busted.

Doesn't it look like he intentionally stretched out his legs to make sure that the car was able to hit his leg? I'm sorry, but a 3,000+ pound car driving over an outstretched leg = snap! And then the rear wheel drove over the other ankle. I don't believe it. I also don't believe that the driver of the vehicle was that stupid and clueless to do this and keep driving to the point where they hit and drove over the 2nd leg...
