Hello to all. I'm new to this and frankly was originally interested in it for business possibilities for myself. I have found since that I have a lot to learn about the hobby, the industry and the people in it. I only have one prior experience with this stuff - I recall buying one Rolex fake in Hong Kong many years ago when a friend asked me to pick up a real one for him (which I did.) When I got back to the US, I gave him the fake in the real one's package and he was none the wiser; he happily put on the fake and showed it off with great pleasure. Imagine his shock when I told him what he was now wearing! Of course I then gave him his real watch and I still have the fake somewhere...it left me understanding how much we see what we want and expect to see! I think he learned something useful then as well and we are still good friends.
And now, after being around here only a few days, I now begin to understand that even that "real" Rolex might not have been anything more than a good fake, too...so the ultimate joke may be on both me and my friend!
