Hey all,
just wanted to thank Li and Lana for great customer service. Originally I ordered Tag Heuer Autavia in blue. Blue wasn't available after all so we changed it to grey model. When QC arrived I wasn't happy. Hour markers were misaligned pretty bad. So they requested another watch from the factory. But the issue wasn't resolved - misaligned again. So I changed my order again, this time for Tudor Black bay 58 in blue. Within a week I received QC and approved it. Approx 2 weeks later I received the watch inside EU without any issues. I chose triangular shipping btw. I really appreciate how Li handled all my requests and I thought this was fantastic customer service.
The watch looks really nice and I'm looking forward to order another watch in the future. Hopefully this post will help new members who are on the fence. Just remember that you have to be patient and you have to trust the process.
