I don't leave reviews unless a seller stands out from the rest of the pack. Popup @ RC Studio is worthy of a review.
I messed up a VSF NTTD dial from my personal collection while performing a basic clean/lube service. While removing the hands, I accidentally rubbed the matte finish a bit glossy in one tiny area. Nothing horrible, and it probably wouldn't be noticeable on the wrist, but my perfectionist mindset couldn't come to grips with that, so I set out to find a dealer to replace the dial.
After reaching out to a few dealers who either couldn't or wouldn't source a new dial, I landed on @popup @ RC Studio. I sent a message about needing a new dial (I ordered two), and he said it'd take a while, but he could get them. I hadn't heard of popup, but from what I did hear, they were plugged in, so to speak, and could find stuff when others couldn't.
In any case, I placed an order for two dials and two sets of hands. I wanted to have a spare in case I dorked up my replacement.
