@ALE7575 @mysterio @kilowattore :

Are these KW Boutique PAMs the ones, that are described in ALE's guide as super reps? Or are they some kind of inferior versions? Were there any bad batches lately and they're just trying to get rid of them? I remember there were some issues with crowns being too thin.

Are versions, that are not described in the guide, as good as the old ones ( I mean 456 Saudi, 464 Las Vegas and 593 ChengDu )?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I don't know. For sure the hex nut is very visible, unusual.
Hard to beat the price though.

Yep, and you can ask the dealer to adjust the hex screw (although you can do it yourself just as easily). The main reason for the pricing is that the boutique range is unfortunately saturated (I personally would have liked to have a Manila edition made but sadly it might never be released :( ), they are basically the same watch with different casebacks. So in order to get them pushed out faster, the factory is selling these at rock bottom prices. The slim crown you can see in the QCs so you can discuss it with your TD.

Whats about the reliability of the movement?

Movement is the standard manual wind A6497 movement, which has been around for a long time and it should be reliable.

I do not want to disturbing discussion about boutique 44 mm Luminor Marina, there is another interesting offer on those TD sites - the V6F PAM587Q, which would be interesting basement for 6154 projects. Please correct me, if the shape is far from 6154.
I bought those on PT for much more, my fault. I didn't make enough investigation :bang:.

Anyone no the factory the case is made ? I'm about to pull the trigger on a Noob factory pam005. I may just pick one of the Boutique Edition at that price. Can anyone comments on accuracy of the Boutique Edition VS Noob factory pam005 ?

Yes, it's the KW factory (as stated in the title? :p ). And we don't comment on one reps' accuracy over another. We only comment on a rep's accuracy over the gen. From that perspective, both the KW/HF Boutique Editions and the Noob 005 are super rep level.

@mysterio : Thank you! I kinda like the Saudi and ChengDu casebacks, but I'm leaning towards the Firenze edition. It just feels like a natural thing to do :) The price is unbelievable. Almost too good to be true..

The most prominent flaw i remember on KW pams are usually on their crown guard. The cut out area is kinda big compared to gen. Other than that, they are pretty good.

Well, all modding PAM exerts, I would like to make one more atempt. How far is V6f PAM 587Q far from 6154 vintage case and would it be usable for those projects?

It has a little too skinny lugs but it's usable. You might find it hard to fit aftermarket parts though

which hex nut? i've never heard about this flaw and i can't see it from the pictures..

Sent from the RWI mobile app

There is hexagonal nut on the crown tube. You can see it between the crown and case. It is used to give tune how far from the case the crown sits in order to have good wr and lever snap.
