Found this online- a great well illustrated glossary of watch parts as well as the mechanics of watches. In PDF form.

Thanks for the post @Pinion Minion. This has not only made me appreciate more the pure brilliance that’s goes into genuine horology (e.g. designing, building and repairing), but also the time (no pun intended) and effort from rep factories that goes into trying to replicate high end movements
