Like most I started off being wary making a purchase with a dealer I was unfamiliar with. It was one of the reasons I joined RWI, to do some homework. Those worries were totally unfounded with my first purchase from Andrew. From the start there was great communication all through the transaction. Made the purchase just at the end of CNY for a VSF DateJust. Got the email confirmation quickly as well as a communication from Andrew and then QC photos shortly thereafter. After the QC photos I shortly got the tracking number and I have to say, I was not expecting to get the package a little over 2 weeks!
The piece came very well packaged and I was very happy and amazed with the quality. Needless to say Trusty will be getting more of my business and while not every transaction will go as smoothly, I can't imagine not trusting the experience I just had. I didn't open up the watch to check and see if the movements were as advertised but I don't think I have to because everything else was exactly as pictured and shown in the QC. Needless to say I am very pleased.
