I bought a Breitling BCE from Tony about a year ago. When it arrived the stem felt a bit tight when setting the time but it was a beautiful rep and it worked well enough. After a while it started losing time then it stopped running altogether. After unsuccessfully searching for a local watchmaker who would do the needed repair I reached out to Tony for help.
