Hey all. Purchased two separate watches from them over the past month. I'm East Coast USA. I thought excellent experience. Good email communication. Good QC pics. Everything moved along quickly. Request for payment about 2 days after order. QC pics about 3-4 days later. Shipped about 2-3 days later. Arrived about 13-14 days later. So about 3 weeks total. Both watches are great. Wife loves her DJ, and love my Pepsi. Cheers
