This was my first buy and I wanted someone who will go the extra mile. After reading many reviews on here I choose Lucy (thank you all for posting so much information)
Communication has been exceptional, except for some non answered emails (but this happen to all of us and it was the Christmas season). I have to say I had few moments where I was in doubt... I knew I had to be patient but it isn’t always easy when you are waiting for something to turn up.
I was reassured many times and I also learned that after collecting the watch from the factory and testing it for few days (the first one she got had a dysfunctional calendar wheel) she send it to a watch specialist for examination and cleaning! Wow! Finally the watch arrived yesterday and I am beyond happy!
I highly recommended Lucy and she will get more business from me in the future.
