I was looking up for a rubber strap replacement for one of my watches and ended up getting to know RWI, looked through site titles such as these and began to understand this tightly knit world where trust is built through sharing, and the knowledge that so many share here gives me a new insight and love for watches!
In summary, the irony for me is that buying a gen watch previously did not give me the excitement and enthusiasm as getting a rep! So thanks you all for the sharing community you have here! My turn as a newbie to contribute:
What got me attracted to JT was
i) the positive reviews that you all have shared here,
ii) great site for navigation, the filter function for brands, manufacturers, comparisons and good quality pictures
iii) Li's participation in this forum as well as through Whatsapp. Gotta say i asked him a ton of questions and he/ team always responded, a lot of patience there without being pushy at all!
Decided to go with a DJ from ARF
From wire receipt confirmation to Lana's email on QC - 6 days
QC Gl to shipping arrangements - 4 days
Actual shipping to being delivered - 3 days
During the QC, amp was slightly out of range and I had mentioned it to Lana, when she responded within the day, instead of saying she will look into it, she responded with pictures of the new results, saying that she has asked her team to have it fixed and here are the new results! That's great serice!
It was a first experience jumping onto the bandwagon and a really smooth and enjoyable experience with Jtime's team. I do agree with some of you that it is a very addictive process. I am feeling the bug and wondering whether it is about having the watch or the anticipation of the buying process that gets me more interested!
In any case, I'd be back for more.
