Everything was quick and easy, great communication from him. Watch arrived in a few days... there was a little bit of an issue with the delivery, but Hendric didn't just let me deal with it alone, he contacted DHL many times on his end to help sort out the problem... he was very helpful and the watch arrived today in perfect condition!
