Purchased a watch from @HelloBusby back in December and it got lost in the mail. The standard procedures were followed - a package trace followed by a missing mail request - which yielded no results. As a generous offer, @HelloBusby offered me another watch as compensation for the loss. I received the replacement in working order just as it was described.
