Reached out to Steve via whatsapp on August 1 regarding the watch I was interested in (Pelagos 42 in blue), he gave me good expectations on timeframe. Processed my purchase through the website same day. We worked together to overcome hurdles from my card issuer for a day or two, resolved by August 3rd. Got QC pics on the 4th of August, approved same day. Got a shipping confirmation with tracking on the 5th and watch was waiting for me when I returned from a trip on the 12th. I’m in the east coast US. Very happy with the whole experience and have a feeling I’ll be back again. Thanks to the forum and everyone for sharing their experiences and knowledge to get me going.
P.S. I LOVE the watch but having it on the wrist I’m especially thrilled I didn’t spend $3500-4000 on a used gen. It’s cool but not *that* cool. This is where reps are especially valuable in my opinion.
