Purchased from Andrew for the first time last month.
23/10 - made order for VSF Aqua Terra
24/10 - told by Andrew it was out of stock. Selected another VSF Aqua Terra and was told by Andrew it's available. Made new selection and made payment.
02/11 - Andrew said piece selected was out of stock again. Selected the ZF BB58 instead.
06/11 - QC shared by Andrew. GL'ed straightaway and made topup payment for price difference
08/11 - Payment confirmed, order shipped. Tracking number provided by Andrew
13/11 - Order received at my doorstep
Although there were some product stocking issues at the start and I had to change orders twice, ZF BB58 I selected at the end was still delivered within 3 weeks of me making the first order.
Throughout the process, Andrew remained responsive - never had to wait more than 24 hours for an email response when I checked-in for status updates on the order.
This was my first rep purchase, very happy with the product received - will be shopping more with Andrew.
