I purchased this nautilus 5711 from @andy_fin. It was shipped vary fast and well packed, in the shape advertised.
Only a minor defect was a surprise to me (the others were well pointed by the seller): the minute hand was scratched. You need to have good eyesight to see it, and not easy to photograph, so I completely understand why was not seen by the seller. It was a small defect, but for me it damaged the experience of the watch.
I told the seller (@andy_fin) about this, and he was always very kind and helpful - he paid for the watch to be shipped to the watchmaker that had serviced it before (@Nikz19, it was under his 1 year warranty), and after some weeks, the watch is back in my hands, with spotless hands and Im very happy.
Excellent communication and good-will from the seller, and also from the watch-maker (although I didn’t deal with him, the seller did).
It’s my second buy via this forum, and I couldn’t be happier with the seller. Thanks!
I Recommend buying from @andy_fin, and grateful for RWI to provide he conditions so I can trust “strangers on the internet” with money and watches
