You'll find some people will be quite short when it comes to posts like this, don't let that put you off this forum, it's only because we've seen posts like yours 1000 times before - don't take it personally.
To start, there is no such thing as AAA, or any other grade when it comes to reps. We have our own standard of quality on this forum, but it has nothing to do with how many "As" you can stack on something. If you want the best replica available, read and understand the link WingNut posted and then spend some time in the AP section of the board: http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=209
Much of this hobby is dependant on the buyer being informed about what's available, most TDs can source the same watches so the onus is on you to go in to a sale knowing what you want already. You say you want to get it right, and that's a good attitude to have, as long as you understand that there is a lot more to the rep game than most newcomers realize. Take the time and absorb as much as you can from the beginner stickies, the AP section, and the rest of this forum before you pull the trigger on anything.
As far as the best place to buy from, all of our Trusted Dealers and Supporting Vendors are good people who will get you exactly what you pay for (again, part of the reason you need to know what exactly you're paying for). Once you're sure about the model you want to buy, take some more time and read the buyer reviews for some of the TDs, it will help you get a feel for what kind of service you'll receive from each of them. Some are better suited than others for walking someone through their first purchase, some are more stringent when it comes to their own QC policy, and some others are the preferred source for grizzled vets but can leave someone new to this hobby a bit wanting in the way of assurances/communication. Point being, you'll get your watch in the end regardless of who you buy from, but you need to know how the process works, what you want to buy, and who you want to buy it from before you do anything else.
This forum is an incredible resource, and I hope you come to enjoy this hobby because of it, but it requires that you read the information available here. It may sound like I'm trying to drive this point home, and that's because I am, the more informed you are from the outset the happier you'll be with the end result.
