Hi,
I learnt about Nik here in the forum and had recently broken the crown of my xf 000.
I texted him, a day later sent my watch and once he got is he kept me updated with pictures etc.
All in all it maybe not even took 10 days before I got it back, repaired and serviced! now shes running like a baby again.
so there is nothing to complain and here is a little picture of that beauty:
