Good source for Vietnam cases and dials?

Could someone please tell me where I can buy Vietnam cases, dials, parts for the prices I see listed in the sales sections. I see the case sets being listed as costing $700, but are $1400-$1500 on MQ and Phong's site. Where do you guys get your parts at these prices?

Apparently I was not supposed to "spoon feed the new people" but I stand by not being mean to the newbies.
Ruby's case sets can be had for $680 for a complete set. 5513. She is very nice and easy to deal with.
