Good Arktos/ North Pole PAMs available? Thanks in advance.

I have been searching for Arktos/ North Pole theme Panerais for quite a while. I am looking for a decent (first class and above) North pole/ Artoks like the 092, 252, and 186 but could not find any, the latest version of these models were built at least 10 years ago. I checked out the pole2pole (PAM00719) by VS but a 47mm diameter was way too large for me. I think the largest watch that my wrist can hold is within the ~44mm range. Any suggestions on what models that I should take a look? THX in advance.

BTW I don't really like the 243.... although many consider it classic and attractive, I kind of like to have something special on the bezel.

Don't be scared by 47 mm panerai. They wear small. I enjoy them with 6.25 inch wrist.
