Gold VRF Sub

Hey guys. Just got this YG VRF sub from Puretime. Had a great experience with them and I love feel of the watch. The only problem I have with it is the color of the gold. Had a couple friends mention it looks very orange/brassy. I was hoping to get some opinions on here. I’ve been trying to snap some pics in the right lighting, but I’ve noticed that the watch seems to have a little more of a brassy tone in real life as opposed to how these pictures have been coming out. I have seen a few full gold gens and from what I recall, the real gold is quite a bit lighter. I get it, trying to pull off the full gold rep is a lot tougher than a SS. Just looking for some input from you guys on the color of this gold. Thanks!

The infamous BP/ VRF piss yellow gold. Noob wrapped gold is closer to gen gold, lighter than Gen maybe but that's a good thing IMO.

Yes, I can pull it off. I own a couple of gen Subs and a gen Daytona that I’ve been wearing for years. Always wanted this FG Sub but I figured I’d give the rep a shot before pulling the trigger on a pre owned at 22k.

Wish this damn thing was a little lighter!

I’d love to see some pics of the noob version if anyone has one?

Thanks guys. Wear it in good health I shall! I noticed today that it actually looks pretty good in natural light, and not so good indoors. Anyways, no big deal, it is what it is!

Vrf problem is insert is to thin and dark. Yes the gold is very yellow depending on lighting, and FYI prof Steve blackhole is a must for all subs =]
