So I posted a thread as being torn between the 029 and 113 hmaker. Decided with the 029, but still felt the need for a white pam. Made up my mind and ordered a 113 from hmaker, got the qc pics, then came across good ol ales comparison of the new "I" daylights..lol. Now I'm a bit stuck between denying the 113 and asking for a 188 i from noob instead. Both have their flaws, but I can live with them as long as they aren't glaring so to speak. If any of the pam gurus could point me in the right direction, please chime in.. Thanks in advance fellas!

You'll end up owning both I guess :) but take the one you like the most atm (flaws are in both watches) and you can flip it when you get tired of it...

Well, we would need to know what are you looking for: Accuracy, beauty, complexity, simplicity... a different watch in comparison with your current collection....
IMO the most accurate overall PAM 113 is the last H maker, although has some evident flaws (like raised instead of recessed subdial) it will be most likely a First Class rep
I have not finished yet the review of PAM 188 but I can see that the Noob 2010 and 1213 dials are not accurate in some aspects (numeral fonts, Daylight on dial...). However H maker version is quite good.
Therefore we have the competition between PAM 113 and PAM 188 from H maker.
Whatever is the result of the review, a Chrono watch is much more complex that a Luminor Marina, then, most likely the PAM 113, in spite of its flaws, will be more accurate that PAM 188.
But if you like some different to your current collection and a more complex watch, your choice would be PAM 188, most likely a First Class rep
Now it is up to you

I haven't seen h makers version of the 188. I only came across noobs. My taste leans towards a busier dial, so a fairly accurate 188 would do it for me. So now my question would be between the two 188's that noob and hmaker have. From your initial assessment, which do you feel has the least amount of flaws? Thanks for all the effort you put in with the comparisons Ale...it's an awesome read regardless of which watch..

I'm preparing the review just now. I don't know about the time to finish it, It depends on my work (I will finish summer vacation tomorrow)
I think minimum 1 week max 3 weeks.
I honestly think that H maker is better in this case because the dial markers and the Daylight on dial are wrong on Noob
H make has worse DW fonts and worse CG as usually
But we should wait for the final evaluation.
When I have more data I will inform (even before final writing)

Although I'm not on the lookout for this 2 models, but reading your opinion is always illuminating. You seem to have the capability to clear the mist. Very articulate too.:thumbup::thumbup:
