Going from PVD bezel to silver on flight deck

Hey guys

Iv got a pvd flight deck and the bezel has become scratched over time and now has revealed the silver colour of the metal, is there any way of baisically removing the black paint to expose the silver metal colour without ruining the watch. I was thinking maybe some sand paper but it doesn't seem like a precise method and I may end up damaging other parts of the watch

Any ideas?

ah right, is removing the movement hard to do? Im no watch smith so I don't know if I can do that without breaking the watch.
