My watch was shipped today. Until now the process has been fast and efficient.

The watch has arrived all fine but the bezel moves a bit is not firm

Unfortunately my watch has developed a defect the bezel got stuck I cannot rotate in anyway; I have also opened a ticket

I have closed your ticket as we do not deal with these issues.

This can be easily fixed by a watchmaker. Probably too much grease or not enough of it.

First of all, welcome to the forum. I'm a newbie here but have been messing around with reps since 2007. This is, by far the best forum around with some great people. That being said, there is no shortness of sarcasm as well as a very small percentage of people who comment but are less than helpful.

The questions you have are understandable (I certainly had them when starting out in this insane hobby). That being said, they have all been asked and answered before and you will find them here if you look around. The mods have done a fantastic job of organizing the forums. Look for the FAQs section. As far as ordering a new watch, remember that they are reps and, while some are very accurate, all will have issues from time to time. If anything, use the "search" function here.

When ordering, just know that sometimes communication (from the seller) is very responsive while other times it is slow. If you stick with the trusted dealers here, you should be fine either way. Enjoy the forum. Be well and may you find the reps you seek.
