GMT bezel insert

So I finally got my GMT but I've noticed a slight issue. Anyone know how the bezel insert is attached? It appears to be lifting at one point. If I push it down it sits correct but then lifts back up.

I think they are different depending on which factory made it - some are press in and some use tape. You might want to tell what factory so people here can help
