Gmt arktos cristal source ?

Hey guys , i recently purchased a pam arktos gmt and has some scratches on it surface. Do you know where can i source a part? And
Does anyone know if the rep would fit a gen cristal? I attach the photo

I am uncertain if the AR coating on this watch is on the inside or outside or both, as it is quite easy to scratch the AR coating (if it is indeed on the outside) and significantly harder to scratch sapphire crystal.
