GMF Factory V3 GMT Master Comparison Pics with Gen

GMF Factory is first to release the True Asian 3285 CHS Clone movement, and they have done a comparison against the gen parts.

They are currently the only ones using this new movement, with functionality similar to the gen.

The movement unique features includes:

• Datewheel's ability to go backwards
• Adjustment of the hour hand with the crown is the same as the gen
• Movement decoration is similar to the gen
• Swiss made KIF anti-shock system
• Blue balance spring
• Smooth bidirectional self-winding rotor

I'd like to think GMF is done pushing the 2824 CHS timebombs now that they have a new flagship movement out. It is indeed the only true clone 3285 with crown operations that match the gen. Easy to remember, it's just like the ETAs!

Pos 2: backward crown = forward hour jumping
Pos 3: backward crown = forward hands

We'll see how it lasts, too bad it's based on the SA3135 though. Those are the worst of the rep 3135's. You can't even buy an aftermarket stem to fit them, its different from the gen. VR>SH>SA.

They did not do any bezel insert close up comparison. I will try checking with them if they have any of such pics.

Factory said that they have tested the movement themselves before releasing the stocks, so they are confident that the new 3285 movement released are good.
