Ghosted?

Quite confused by ordering from Hont. I've read the guide here and I've followed it.

I have an order that says processing on the site. I have not heard anything from Hont so I texted him on Whatsapp with my ordernumber and if its possible for me to pay in anyway.

It has been read for 3 days now so I'm not sure what else to do.

Hont has had response issues to due an enormous workload recently. So I think it's just a simple delay, not "ghosting".

But can you please still post the contact info you used? Just to get the possibility out of the way that you may have been in touch with an impostor / scammer and not the real Hont (in which case it would explain the ghosting). Although, since you haven't paid yet, it's highly unlikely that's the case. Because usually, the ghosting only starts after the scammer has your funds...

Even if the ✓✓ popped up it doesn't mean he read it. It's his sorting app to keep track of messages that reads and stores your message. He reads messages from oldest to newest through this sorting application so just have some patience.

If it's been three days then you messaged him right before the weekend, maybe he had some personal stuff to take care of over the weekend or life happened.

You've got the right number so just wait a bit more and now that Monday rolled around you'll probably get your answer soon. Ta det lugnt bror

Like I said, just a backlog of messages. When I dealt with him like half a year ago, he responded fast. I think lots of folks freaked out and ordered watches in fear they become unavailable due to raids... Which so far has never happened, by the way.

Just be patient. Try to msg a bump, so your inquiry goes to the top, but don't overdo it.

That's the issue with Hont, it's counterintuitive but if you bump with a message you get sent to the bottom of the pile. He always reads oldest to newest.

To get to the top, call him through WhatsApp and hang up. That's what he tells you to do after you've sent payment and sent a screenshot to get seen faster.

When I've seen many people say Hont's responses are super slow or next to useless, I've noticed some people say they've even called Hont's phone with a call for a couple of rings and then hung up to gather his attention and that that worked out for them. I'd rather pick another Trusted Dealer personally

I swear to God, on my Androids, new msgs go the top, not bottom.

He does have great promo stuff all the time tho. But yeah, I guess for the very impatient customers, there are better alternatives.

Since he's a business account he's probably using the WhatsApp Business app or web interface which gives you loads more options for sorting, labels, etc.

So he got back. Tried with Wise and the IBAN number he gave me.

I got "We cannot currently accept payments to this recipient." from Wise hmm.
