GF V2 or GF ultimate Santos help

Hi all and thanks in advance for any help given I,m after a Santos XL and been reading all the posts and seems like the GF just edges it looked on trusty time and they have the GF V2 but looking to use hont as my TD who has the GF ultimate anyone had one of the ultimate,s or the both basically the same watch ? Cheers again for any help /advice
