GF Santos 35mm - loose clasp issue

Hi guys!

I’ve tried searching everywhere, but I can’t seem to find anything about this problem I’ve been experiencing with my new GF santos that came in last week from Li at Jtime.

The clasp is loose when buckled down on the wrist as seen in the photo. Is this something that can be adjusted, or is there a clasp that needs to be sourced to replace this? This is otherwise an absolutely fantastic rep that I would love if it weren’t for this glaring issue.

I also have the watch, and have the same issue. Not sure if it is widely common.

I reached out to Li, and according to him it’s a pretty common issue.

Also brought it to my watchmaker today and he said there isn’t really much that can be done about it
